基于“慕课”形式下教学在中医妇科学本科教学中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究"慕课"形式下教学在中医妇科学本科教学中的应用探索。方法选取2018年8月-2019年1月长春中医药大学在校本科生,共计180名,根据专业类型对照组(n=90)与实验组(n=90)。对照组应用普通教学方法,而实验组实施"慕课"教学形式,将两组教学前后考核成绩进行对比。结果教学后对照组学生知识运用灵活度、自主学习能力、学习兴趣、表达能力以及知识扩展度评分,明显低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后基础概念理论评分、病例综合分析评分对照组分别为(35.48±5.26)分、(36.22±7.42)分,实验组分别为(39.57±5.51)分、(41.53±8.24)分,实验组教学后考试成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.094,P=0.000;t=4.543,P=0.000)。结论在中医妇科学本科教学中应用慕课教学模式,其能有效提高中医妇科学教学质量,从而提高学生考试成绩,具有参考价值。 Objective To study the application and exploration of the teaching of"Mooc"in the undergraduate teaching of Chinese medicine and gynecology.Methods A total of 180 undergraduates from Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to January 2019 were selected,according to the type of specialty control group(n=90)and experimental group(n=90).The control group applied ordinary teaching methods,while the experimental group implemented the"Mooc"teaching method to compare the assessment results before and after the two groups of teaching.Results After teaching,students in the control group scored significantly on knowledge use flexibility,autonomous learning ability,learning interest,expression ability,and knowledge expansion.The scores were significantly lower than those in the experimental group(P<0.05).The comprehensive case analysis scores in the control group were(35.48±5.26)points and(36.22±7.42)points,and the experimental group was(39.57±5.51)points,(41.53±8.24)points,respectively.After testing,the experimental group was taught.The post-examination scores were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.094,P=0.000;t=4.543,P=0.000).Conclusion The application of MOOC teaching mode in the undergraduate teaching of Chinese medicine and gynecology can effectively improve the quality of teaching Chinese medicine and gynecology,and thus improve students’test scores.It has reference value.
