摘要
目的探究普外科护理教学中的先进教育管理方法,提升教学质量。方法该次研究对象为2018年6月-2019年6月在该院普外科实习的64名护生,将其随机分为对照组与干预组。对照组应用传统护理教学法,干预组实施先进护理教学法,对比两组护生的护理课程考核成绩与护理教学管理效果。结果相对对照组,干预组护生的各项考核成绩均较高,且护理教学管理效果也显著较优,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外护理教学管理过程中合理的应用各种先进的护理教学方法不仅可以有效提升护生的实际操作能力与理论知识,同时也可以大大提升护理质量,提高普外科护理教学管理的效率。
Objective To explore advanced education management methods in general surgery nursing teaching and improve teaching quality. Methods The subjects of this study were 64 nursing students who practiced in general surgery in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019. They were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. The control group applied the traditional nursing teaching method, the intervention group implemented the advanced nursing teaching method, and compared the nursing course assessment results and nursing teaching management effect of the two groups of nursing students. Results Compared with the control group, the nursing students in the intervention group had higher assessment scores, and the nursing teaching management effect was significantly better. The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Reasonable application of various advanced nursing teaching methods in the management of general nursing teaching can not only effectively improve the actual operation ability and theoretical knowledge of nursing students, but also greatly improve the quality of nursing and improve the efficiency of general nursing teaching management.
