沙坪坝区中小学直饮水卫生现状调查

摘要 目的了解辖区内中小学直饮水卫生管理现状及水质卫生现状。方法对使用直饮水的47所学校调查直饮水设备使用和卫生管理情况并检测出水水质,结合2017-2018年中小学直饮水检测结果进行分析、比较。结果沙坪坝区直饮水总体合格率高于重庆市其他区县,不合格项目为细菌总数;在滤芯定期更换并有记录、具有出水水质检验报告、设备周围10 m内无污染源3个指标方面,沙坪坝区高于重庆市其他区县;安装水表后的水质检测合格率高于安装水表前。结论学校直饮水卫生管理有待加强,细菌总数指标未完全达标,应当引起教育部门及卫生监督部门重视;学校应加强直饮水卫生管理及水质检测工作;卫生监督部门应加强监督管理。 Objective To understand the status of drinking water sanitation management and water quality sanitation in primary and middle schools in the jurisdiction. Methods 47 schools that used direct drinking water surveyed the use of direct drinking water equipment and sanitary management and detected the water quality. The results were analyzed and compared with the results of direct drinking water in primary and secondary schools from 2017 to 2018. Results The overall qualified rate of direct drinking water in Shapingba District was higher than that in other districts and counties of Chongqing City.The number of unqualified items was the total number of bacteria. In terms of the three elements of regular replacement of the filter element, records, inspection report of effluent water quality, and no pollution source within 10 m around the equipment, higher than other districts and counties in Chongqing City;the qualified rate of water quality testing after the installation of water meters was higher than before the installation of water meters. Conclusion The sanitation management of drinking water in schools needs to be strengthened. The total bacteria index has not fully reached the standard, which should be taken seriously by the education department and the health supervision department.
