摘要
以车灯外壳为例,设计了不同形式的随形冷却水道,通过正交试验分析影响冷却水道的关键因素,并确定塑件冷却水道的设计参数,利用有限元分析软件对比不同结构水道的冷却效率和冷却均匀性,确定塑件冷却系统的设计方案。
Taking the outer shell of lamp as an example,the different forms of conformal cooling water channel were designed.Through orthogonal experiments,it analyzed the key factors affecting the cooling channel and determined the design parameters.The finite element analysis software was used to compare the cooling efficiency and cooling uniformity of the cooling channels with different structures to determine the design scheme of the cooling system of the lamp outer shell.
