摘要
基于板料成形模拟软件,采用6016铝合金作为某电动汽车电池包挡板材料,对拉深工序进行模拟及优化,以成形极限图、减薄率等为优化目标,从工艺补偿、模具零件圆角、压边力、拉深筋等方面进行工艺参数调整,改善了拉深工序中板料的开裂问题,提高了成形零件的合格率,推进了铝合金在电动汽车中的应用。
Based on the sheet forming numerical simulation software,6016 aluminum alloy was used as the material of battery pack baffle in electric vehicles to simulate and optimize drawing process.Taking the forming limit diagram and thinning rate as the optimization goals,the process parameters were adjusted from the aspects of process supplement,die parts fillet blank holder force and draw bead to solve the cracking problem in the drawing process.It improved the qualified rate of parts and promoted the application of aluminum alloy in electric vehicles.
