摘要
基于用人单位情况调查,分析了苏州高职院校学生就业能力培养现状及过程性影响因素,构建了知识掌握能力、通用技能、个人特质、职业态度四个维度的就业能力培养评价体系。通过实证数据研究,得出高职院校对就业能力的培养存在差异性等四个重要结论,并提出相应的对策建议。
Based on the survey of employers,this paper analyzes the current situation and process influencing factors of vocational college students’employability training in Suzhou,and constructs an evaluation system of employability training in four dimensions:knowledge mastery ability,general skills,personal characteristics and professional attitude.Through empirical data research,four important conclusions are drawn.Including the existence of difference in employability training in vocatiend colleges,and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
