摘要
研究设计了一种应用于电站锅炉再热器的新型温差发电装置。该装置设置在锅炉再热器上,其温差发电模块的热端与锅炉竖直烟道的高温烟气接触,冷端与锅炉再热器连接,利用两端的温度差,基于热电材料的塞贝克效应产生电能,阐述了温差发电装置的设计原理、设计模型和实施方式。与现有技术相比,该新型装置具有提高发电效率、吸热率和热量传递效率等优点,具有广阔的应用前景和巨大的经济价值。
This article studies the design of a temperature difference based power generation device for power plant boiler reheaters. The power generation device is located on a boiler reheater with the arrangement of the hot end of the temperature difference power generation unit in contact with the hot flue gas of the vertical flue of the boiler, and the cold end in contact with the boiler reheater. The power generation can be realized by utilizing the temperature difference between the two ends and the Seebeck effect of thermoelectric materials. The design principles, design models and implementation methods are systematically illustrated in detail. Compared with existing power generation technology, temperature difference based technology has the advantages of improving power generation efficiency, heat absorption rate, and heat transfer efficiency. Also, the development prospects and economic values of the temperature difference based power generation device are expected to be very huge in the future.
