农村快递物流发展现状分析及对策建议——以福清市江阴镇为例

Analysis on the Development Status of Rural Express Logistics and Its Countermeasures——Taking Jiangyin Town of Fuqing City as an Example

【目的/意义】近年来,农村快递物流已经成为推动农产品进城、工业品和农用品下乡的“枢纽”,其不仅拓宽了农民的就业渠道,也在农村经济发展和乡村振兴建设过程中起到了越来越重要的作用。就目前来看,农村快递物流仍然需要努力解决“最后一公里”的配送问题,而这也成为推进农村快递物流行业健康有序发展的关键。【方法/过程】文章通过对福清市江阴镇农村实地进行考察,结合区域方位分布,分析了当地农村快递物流的运行现状,剖析了农村快递物流配送存在的问题。【结果/结论】文章指出要通过提高政府重视程度,制定政策保障制度;做好现代快递物流人才储备培养工作,加强人员管理;着力加快建设农村快递物流信息化工作,积极提高快递物流服务效率;打造村级电子商务共享服务站点,解决快递输送流程最优化问题等措施来刺激农村快递物流末端配送有效健康发展,为农村快递物流未来提出相应的对策建议。

【Objective/Meaning】In recent years,the rural express logistics has become a"hub"for promoting agricultural products into cities,and industrial products and agricultural products to the countryside,which not only broadened the employment channels of farmers but also played an increasingly important role in the process of rural economic development and rural revitalization.At present,efforts still needed to be made to solve the"Last Mile"distribution problem,which has become the key to promote the healthy and orderly development of rural express logistics industry.【Methods/Procedures】Based on the field investigation of Jiangyin Town in Fuqing City,and by combining with the regional distribution,the current situation of rural express logistics was analyzed,and the existing problems of rural express logistics was also dissected.【Results/Conclusions】The countermeasures were proposed including increasing the government’s attention to establish the policy guarantee system;doing a good job in the reserve training of modern express logistics talents to strengthen the personnel management;focusing on accelerating the construction of rural express logistics information work to actively improve the efficiency of express logistics services;building the sharing service site of village-level e-commerce to solve the optimization problem of express delivery process,thus to stimulate the effective and healthy development of the end distribution of rural express logistics and put forward corresponding countermeasures for the future of rural express logistics.
