摘要
转移是恶性肿瘤导致死亡的主要原因,目前尚无针对转移的药物。转移前微环境是肿瘤发生转移前在远端器官形成的适宜"土壤",有益于循环肿瘤细胞的定植。而转移前微环境的主要特征是免疫抑制,髓源性抑制细胞是近年来发现的具有抑制特异性和非特异性免疫的重要负性调控细胞。本综述对髓源性抑制细胞在转移前微环境的作用机制及潜在的干预靶点进行总结,以期揭示髓源性抑制细胞对转移前微环境的影响,进而为干预恶性肿瘤的转移提供有效的思路。
Metastasis is the leading cause of death in malignant tumors,but there are no drugs for metastasis currently.A suitable "soil" of distant organs for the formation of metastasis is named pre-metastatic niche(PMN),which is beneficial to the colonization of circulating tumor cells.The main feature of PMN is immunosuppression,and myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSC) has been discovered in recent years,which plays an important negative regulatory that could inhibit specific and non-specific immunity.This review summarizes the mechanism of immunosuppressive effect of MDSC in the PMN and the potential intervention targets,in order to reveal the effect of MDSC on PMN,and to provide an effective way to intervene the metastasis of malignant tumors.
