摘要
白血病是一类起源于造血器官的克隆性恶性疾病,在0~35岁中国人口恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率中占据首位,随着治疗方法的发展,完全缓解率得到提高,但仍存在很高的复发率。近年的研究发现,外泌体参与白血病的发生发展和耐药等过程,同时也可为免疫治疗方案改进提供新思路。本文对外泌体在白血病中的发生发展及治疗中的作用进行综述。
Leukemia is a kind of clonal malignant disease originated from hematopoietic organs,occupying the first place in the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in Chinese population aged 0-35 years old.With the development of treatment methods,the complete remission rate has been improved,but there is still a high recurrence rate.Recent studies have found that exosomes are involved in the development and resistance of leukemia,and may also provide new ideas for the improvement of immunotherapy of leukemia.This article reviews the role of exosomes in the development and treatment of leukemia.
