目标管理在耳鼻喉科护理管理中的应用研究

目的分析耳鼻喉科开展护理工作期间落实目标管理的应用效果。方法该次选择2018年4月—2019年4月该院耳鼻喉科收治患者88例作为研究对象,参照随机抽签结果分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者采取目标管理护理,评估并分析各组管理前后护理质量评分差异,计算各组患者并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果护理管理前,各项质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组护理人员经目标管理后,基础护理评分(19.35±0.22)分、文件书写评分(19.21±0.15)分、业务考核评分(18.13±1.02)分、规范操作评分(19.55±0.15)分、护理记录评分(19.41±0.23)分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者发生并发症的概率明显低于对照组,同时护理总满意度较对照组相比更高。结论耳鼻喉科开展护理工作期间强化目标管理能够有效提高从业者业务能力及患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of the implementation of goal management during ENT nursing work.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,88 patients admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology in the hospital were selected as the research object.The patients were divided into observation group and control group with reference to the results of random drawing.Manage nursing,evaluate and analyze the differences in nursing quality scores before and after management,and calculate the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction in each group.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the quality scores between the two groups before nursing management(P>0.05).After the target group management,Nurses in the observation group had basic nursing score(19.35±0.22)points,document writing score(19.21±0.15)points,and business assessment score(18.13±1.02)points,standardized operation score(19.55±0.15)points,and nursing record score(19.41±0.23)points were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The probability of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the overall satisfaction with nursing was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Strengthening target management during ENT nursing work can effectively improve practitioners'business ability and patient satisfaction.
