目的分析PDCA循环在医院药学管理中的应用效果。方法通过在该院药学管理方面实行PDCA循环来寻找管理过程中存在的问题,并采取针对性的措施进行解决。结果通过在药学管理方面实施PDCA循环,可以有目的性地寻找出药学管理中存在的问题,并以针对性的方法来进行防治。结论通过该次实验后发现,对医院药学管理实施PDCA管理,不仅提高了药学管理效率,也有效提高了管理质量,使药学管理可以更加规范化、合理化,对提升医院的社会效益有积极意义。

Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle in hospital pharmaceutical management.Methods The PDCA cycle was implemented in the pharmaceutical management of the hospital to find out the problems in the management process and take targeted measures to solve them.Results Through the implementation of the PDCA cycle in pharmaceutical management,it is possible to find out the problems existing in pharmaceutical management in a targeted manner and carry out prevention and treatment in a targeted way.Conclusion After this experiment,it was found that the implementation of PDCA management in hospital pharmaceutical management not only improves the efficiency of pharmaceutical management,but also effectively improves the quality of management,so that pharmaceutical management can be more standardized and rationalized,which has positive significance for improving the social benefits of hospitals.
