摘要 目的分析人性化管理模式在儿科管理中的应用。方法选取在该院收治的80例小儿患者为研究对象,时间2017年3月—2018年5月。将患者随机分为对照组与试验组,对照组:常规护理管理。试验组:常规护理管理+人性化管理。对两组小儿患者的配合依从率进行对比,对两组小儿患者的住院时间进行对比,对两组小儿患者治疗期间不良反应的发生率进行对比。结果试验组的依从性明显高于对照组,试验组依从性为95.0%,对照组依从性为75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的住院时间明显短于对照组,其中试验组的住院时间为(5.2±0.6)d,对照组的住院时间为(8.1±1.1)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,试验组不良反应发生率为7.5%,对照组不良反应发生率为25.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理模式不仅可以提高患者在治疗过程中配合的依从性,还有效降低了患者在住院期间的不良事件的发生率,进一步促进患者康复。 Objective To analyze the application of humanized management mode in pediatric management.Methods A total of 80 pediatric patients admitted in the hospital were selected as the research object,from March 2017 to May 2018.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a test group,and the control group:routine nursing management.Test group:conventional nursing management+humanized management.The compliance rates of pediatric patients in the two groups were compared,the length of hospital stay of the two groups of pediatric patients was compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was compared between the two groups of pediatric patients.Results The compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the compliance of the experimental group was 95.0%,and the compliance of the control group was 75.0%.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The length of stay in the test group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The length of stay in the test group was(5.2±0.6)d,and the length of stay in the control group was(8.1±1.1)d.There were statistically significant differences and statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 7.5%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 25.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized management model can not only improve the compliance of patients in the treatment process,but also effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events during the hospitalization period,and further accelerate the recovery time of patients.
