细节化护理管理干预在神经外科护理中的临床效果观察

目的分析细节化护理管理干预在神经外科护理中的临床效果。方法将2017年7月—2019年7月期间该院接收的86例神经外科患者作为研究对象,根据单盲分组法将其分成参照组和研究组,每组患者43例,其中参照组以常规方式对患者进行护理,研究组以细节化护理管理方式对患者进行干预,观察并对比两组患者的临床护理效果,同时对比两组患者护理前后焦虑与抑郁情况的变化。结果研究组患者护理有效率为95.3%,参照组护理有效率为79.1%,且研究组患者SAS与SDS评分明显优于参照组,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经外科应用细节化护理管理方式对患者进行护理干预,能够明显提高临床护理效果,改善患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,对于患者康复具有积极意义。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of detailed nursing management interventions in neurosurgical nursing.Methods A total of 86 neurosurgery patients received in the hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were used as the research objects.They were divided into reference group and study group according to single-blind grouping method,43 cases each,of which the reference group cared for patients in a conventional manner,the research group intervened patients with detailed nursing management,observed and compared the clinical nursing effects of the two groups of patients,and compared the anxiety and depression of the two groups of patients before and after nursing.Results That the effective rate of nursing in the study group was 95.3%,and the effective rate of nursing in the reference group was 79.1%.The SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the research group were significantly better than those in the reference group.The comparison of data was significant,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of detailed nursing management methods in neurosurgery for patients'nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical nursing effect and improve the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression of patients.It has positive significance for patients'rehabilitation and is worthy of research and promotion.
