“以人为本”理念在妇产科护理管理中的应用

Application of"People-oriented"Concept in Nursing Management of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的研究妇产科护理管理之中“以人本位”理念的应用效果。方法随机选取该院在2018年3月—2019年3月份收治的妇产科患者共156例,按随机分组原则,将患者分为两组,分别是研究组与常规组,每组78例患者,常规组患者采用基础护理模式,研究组患者在该基础之上,遵守以人为本原则进行有序护理,综合对比两组妇产科患者的护理质量。结果常规组患者的平均住院时间是(10.32±1.06)d,研究组患者平均住院时间是(7.92±1.09)d,常规组患者的并发症发生概率达到了30.77%,而研究组患者并发症的发生概率达到了5.12%,与常规组妇产科患者的治疗效果相比较来讲,研究组患者的治疗效果较为突出,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理管理工作之中,通过运用“以人为本”理念,能够取得较好的临床应用效果,进一步提高了护理质量,妇产科患者的住院时间显著缩短。

Objective To study the application effect of"people-oriented"concept in nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 156 obstetrics and gynecology patients treated in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly selected.According to the principle of random grouping,the patients were divided into two groups,namely the study group and the conventional group,with 78 patients in each group.Patients in the conventional group adopted the basic nursing model.On the basis of this,patients in the study group followed the human-oriented principle of orderly nursing,and comprehensively compared the nursing quality of the two groups of obstetrics and gynecology patients.Results The average hospital stay of patients in the conventional group was(10.32±1.06)d,and the average hospital stay of patients in the study group was(7.92±1.09)d.The complication probability of patients in the conventional group reached 30.77%.The incidence rate reached 5.12%.Compared with the treatment effect of gynecological and obstetric patients in the conventional group,the treatment effect of the study group was more prominent,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology,through the application of the"people-oriented"concept,it can achieve better clinical application results,further improve the quality of care,significantly shorten the length of hospitalization of gynecological and obstetric patients.
