层级管理在神经内科中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Hierarchical Management in Neurology

目的观察在神经内科护理管理中运用层级管理的护理效果。方法抽取2018年12月—2019年6月期间该院神经内科收治的患者100例。按照护理管理方式的不同分为层级组和对照组,每组患者为50例。对比分析内容为患者护理满意度,同时对患者不良事件发生率进行对比分析。结果层级组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组;层级组患者的不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科护理管理中运用层级管理具有良好的效果,优化神经内科的人力资源,提升患者护理满意度,对降低不良事件发生率也有着重要作用。

Objective To observe the nursing effect of using hierarchical management in the nursing management of neurology.Methods 100 patients in this article were selected from December 2018 to June 2019.According to different nursing management methods,it is divided into hierarchical group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The content of comparative analysis is the satisfaction of patient care.At the same time,the comparative analysis of the incidence of patient adverse events should also be performed.Results The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the hierarchical group was significantly higher than that in the control group;the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower in the patients in the hierarchical group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of hierarchical management in the nursing management of neurology has a good effect,optimizing the human resources of neurology,improving the satisfaction of patient care,and also reducing the incidence of adverse events.
