风险管理对提高介入护理管理质量的意义评价

Evaluation of the Significance of Risk Management in Improving the Quality of Interventional Nursing Management

目的探究应用风险管理对介入护理管理质量的影响情况。方法收集2017年10月—2019年6月至该院介入科接受治疗的患者80例作为研究对象,随机将其划分为观察组和对照组,各40例,观察组应用护理风险管理方案,对照组应用常规护理管理方案,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组患者医院感染、手术成功、不良反应、纠纷投诉、护理满意度等有关指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对介入科患者的临床护理中应用护理风险管理方案,能够提升护理人员的风险意识,有效预防风险事件的出现,最大程度上保证患者在进行介入检查和介入治疗的安全。

Objective To explore the impact of applied risk management on the quality of interventional nursing management.Methods A total of 80 patients who were treated in the interventional department of the hospital from October 2017 to June 2019 were collected as study objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 40 cases.The observation group applied a nursing risk management program.The control group applied the routine nursing management program to compare the nursing effect between the two groups.Results Patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group in terms of noscomial infections,successful surgery,adverse reactions,dispute complaints,and nursing satisfaction.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For interventional patients,the application of nursing risk management scheme in clinical nursing can improve the risk awareness of nursing staff,effectively prevent the occurrence of risk events,and ensure the safety of patients during interventional examination and interventional treatment to the greatest extent,which has great clinical promotion significance.
