摘要
目的分析无缝隙护理导向型急诊科急危重患者护理管理对其的焦虑情绪改善作用。方法研究阶段为2018年10月—2019年3月,共纳入研究对象97例,均为急诊科急危重患者,采用随机抽样法进行分组,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采取无缝隙护理导向型护理模式,分析两组护理效果。结果两组护理前SDS、SAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SDS评分(25.13±4.12)分、SAS评分(28.92±3.67)分低于对照组组SDS评分(39.62±4.18)分、SAS评分(40.31±4.66)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效改善患者情绪状态,进入医院急诊科的危重症患者开展无缝隙护理管理,有一定临床价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing management on the improvement of anxiety of critically ill patients in seamless nursing-oriented emergency department.Methods The study period was from October 2018 to March 2019.A total of 97 study subjects were included.All of them were critically ill patients in the emergency department.They were randomly divided into groups.The control group was treated with conventional care.The observation group was treated with seamless care guided nursing model,analyzing the nursing effect of two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after the nursing,the SDS score(25.13±4.12)points and SAS score(28.92±3.67)points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(39.62±4.18)points and SAS score(40.31±4.66)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to improve the emotional state of patients.It is valuable to carry out seamless nursing management for critically ill patients entering hospital emergency department.
