目的分析评价手术室低年资护士工作中存在的风险性,对其应用风险管理,评价分析临床应用价值,以期保证护理工作质量,保障患者治疗安全性。方法统计不同阶段手术室低年资护士工作过程中存在的风险隐患,对其实施风险管理,具体内容包括风险管理培训小组建立,完善导师制度以及手术室风险事件的划分,风险管理监督制度的建立,评价探索在手术室低年资护士中实施风险管理的临床效果,评价指标包括管理前后低年资护士在工作中的护理安全意识以及风险事件发生情况。结果管理前,低年资护士在手术室相关工作中的风险事件发生率为1.01%,管理后,风险事件发生率明显降低,为0.34%,两组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理在手术室低年资护士应用过程中具有重要意义,在降低手术室风险事件发生率的同时能够提高护理人员的安全意识。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the risk of low-level nurses in the operating room,to apply risk management to it,to evaluate and analyze the value of clinical application,in order to ensure the quality of nursing work and the safety of patient treatment.Methods Count the risk hidden dangers in the operating process of operating nurses at different stages in the operating room and implement risk management.The specific contents include the establishment of a risk management training team,the improvement of the mentor system and the division of risk events in the operating room,and the establishment of a risk management supervision system.The evaluation explores the clinical effect of risk management in operating room young nurses,and the evaluation indicators include the nursing safety awareness and risk events of young nurses before and after management.Results Before management,the incidence of risk events in the operating room-related work of young nurses was 1.01%.After management,the incidence of risk events was significantly reduced to 0.34%.There was a significant difference between the two groups of data(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management is of great significance in the application of low-age nurses in the operating room.It can reduce the incidence of risk events in the operating room and improve the safety awareness of nursing staff.
