甲状腺手术中应用加速康复外科麻醉管理的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Anesthesia Management for Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery in Thyroid Surgery

目的探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)麻醉管理在甲状腺手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取该院于2018年5月—2019年5月收治的58例择期行甲状腺手术患者,按照标准的随机数字表法分成两组,每组29例,对照组行传统麻醉管理,观察组则依据ERAS流程来开展各项操作,对比两组管理质量评分及管理满意度。结果观察组麻醉用药安全意识、差错防范意识与应急处理能力评分、管理满意度(89.66%)均显著高于对照组(62.07%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组麻醉不良事件发生率(6.90%)明显低于对照组(17.24%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺手术中应用ERAS麻醉管理,不仅能提升患者对管理工作的满意度,而且还能提高管理质量,减少麻醉不良事件,因而有着不错的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of anesthesia management of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)in patients with thyroid surgery.Methods A total of 58 patients who underwent elective thyroid surgery in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the standard random number table method.Each group had 29 patients.The control group received traditional anesthesia management,and the observation group received various operations according to the ERAS process,and compare the two groups'management quality scores and management satisfaction.Results The observation group's awareness of anaesthetic safety,error prevention awareness,emergency handling ability score,and management satisfaction(89.66%)were significantly higher than those in the control group(62.07%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse anesthesia events in the observation group(6.90%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.24%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ERAS anesthesia management in thyroid surgery can not only improve patient satisfaction with management work,but also improve management quality and reduce adverse anesthesia events,so it has good application value.
