问题式教学在妇产科临床护理带教中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Problem-based Teaching in Clinical Nursing Teaching of Gynecology and Obstetrics

目的分析问题式教学在妇产科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取该院妇产科护理实习生80名,并根据随机数字表法将其划分为两组,常规组40名,观察组40名。常规组实习生给予传统式教学,观察组实习生给予问题式教学。对比两组实习生1个月之后的病例分析能力、出科成绩以及师生满意度。结果观察组实习生的病例分析能力显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生的出科成绩明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的师生满意度明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用问题式教学方式,能够帮助实习生更好地掌握临床操作技巧以及理论知识,同时也能促使师生之间的互动得到提升,提高实习生的学习成绩,值得在妇产科护理临床带教中应用推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of problem-based teaching in clinical nursing teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 80 obstetrics and gynecology nursing interns in the hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in the conventional group and 40 cases in the observation group.The regular group interns were given traditional teaching,and the observation group interns were given problem-based teaching.The two groups of interns were compared for their case analysis ability,academic performance,and teacher-student satisfaction after one month.Results The observation group's case analysis ability was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the results of the observation group's interns were significantly higher than the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The satisfaction of teachers and students was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the use of problem-based teaching methods,it can help interns better grasp clinical operation skills and theoretical knowledge,and at the same time can promote the interaction between teachers and students,improve the academic performance of interns,and is worth nursing in obstetrics and gynecology Application promotion in clinical teaching.
