摘要
通过对学习型组织理论的阐述、学习及理解,同时结合医院管理学相关知识,该文以常州市红梅街道社区卫生服务中心(红梅医院)创建学习型组织的过程为模板,系统介绍了红梅医院目前作为“学习型组织”的运营能力和影响因素,在此基础上提出了社区医院可以在开发人力资源、塑造医院文化以及明确奋斗目标三个方面未来该做的改进措施,为其他社区医院或社区卫生服务中心创建学习型组织提供借鉴与参考。
Through the elaboration,learning and understanding of the theory of learning organization,combined with the relevant knowledge of hospital management,the article takes the process of creating a learning organization in Hongmei Street Community Health Service Center(Hongmei Hospital)in Changzhou as a template and system.The operation ability and influencing factors of Hongmei Hospital as a"learning organization"are introduced.Based on this,it puts forward the improvement measures that the community hospital can make in the three aspects of developing human resources,shaping the hospital culture,and clarifying the goals of the struggle.It provides reference and reference for other community hospitals or community health service centers to create learning organizations.
