摘要
通过构建符合岗位需求的助理全科医生临床能力模型,从知识层面、技能层面、社会角色层面及动机层面对临床能力构成要素进行深入剖析。确立了优化人才培养模式、调整课程体系、优化实践教学体系及专业课程思政等提升全科医生临床能力的路径。为三年制临床医学人才培养模式改革提供思路和方法。
By constructing a clinical competency model of assistant general practitioners that meets the needs of the post,it analyzes the constituent elements of clinical competence from the knowledge level,skill level,social role level,and motivation level.Established the path to improve the clinical ability of general practitioners by optimizing the training mode of talents,adjusting the curriculum system,optimizing the practical teaching system,and ideological management of professional courses.Provide ideas and methods for the reform of the three-year clinical medical personnel training model.
