妇产科超声危急值报告制度在安全管理中的应用效果

Observation on the Application of Ultrasound Emergency Value Reporting System in Gynecology and Obstetrics in Safety Management

目的分析妇产科超声危急值报告制度在安全管理中的应用效果。方法将2018年1月—2019年1月期间该院收治的100例出现超声危急值孕妇作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规检测急救,观察组采用超声危急值报告检测急救。对比两组患者干预效果以及满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的急救率以及医患纠纷率更低,满意度更高,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声危急值报告制度能够有效的降低患者的急救率,保证孕妇以及婴儿的安全,有助于提高患者对医疗人员的满意度,使用价值高。

Objective To analyze the application effect of the ultrasound emergency value reporting system in gynecology and obstetrics in safety management.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with ultrasound critical values admitted in the hospital during the period from January 2018 to January 2019 were taken as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine testing for first aid,and the observation group used ultrasound critical value report for testing first aid.The intervention effects and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the emergency rate and doctor-patient dispute rate were lower in the observation group,and the satisfaction was higher.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ultrasound emergency value reporting system can effectively reduce the emergency rate of patients,ensure the safety of pregnant women and babies,and help improve patient satisfaction with medical staff.It has high use value and is worthy of clinical promotion.
