摘要
目的应用医院感染实时监控平台调查手术室医务人员手卫生依从性的现状,进行持续的质量改进,从而提高医务人员手卫生依从性。方法采用方便抽样法,每月由手术室院感成员对参与手术的医务人员进行抽查,用医院感染实时监控平台进行手卫生依从性的记录,根据相关数据进行原因分析。通过手术室院感小组成员对不规范的相关原因进行持续质量改进,并对改进效果进行分析。结果手术护士手卫生依从性从78%提高到97%,麻醉医生从71%提高到88%,外科医生手卫生依从性从74%提高到90%。5个手卫生时机(除接触患者体液,血液后外)依从性分别都得到了提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将可移动数据手机软件运用在护理持续质量改进中,方便实时记录,自动分析数据,便于保存,方便分享和上传,取得得了良好的效果。
Objective To investigate the status of hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in operating rooms by using a real-time monitoring platform for hospital infection,and to make continuous quality improvements to improve the compliance of hand hygiene of medical staff.Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted,and the medical staff participating in the operation were randomly selected by the hospital staff members in the operating room every month.The real-time monitoring of hospital infection was used to record the compliance of hand hygiene,and the cause was analyzed based on relevant data.The quality of the non-standard related causes was continuously improved by the members of the operating room hospital sense group,and the improvement effects were analyzed.Results Hand hygiene compliance of surgical nurses increased from 78%to 97%,anesthesiologists improved from 71%to 88%,and surgeon hand hygiene compliance increased from 74%to 90%.The compliance of the five hand hygiene timings(except after contacting the patient's body fluids and blood)was improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The mobile data mobile software is used in the continuous improvement of nursing quality,which is convenient for real-time recording,automatic analysis of data,easy to save,easy to share and upload,and achieved good results.
