萧山区团体单位献血服务情况调查及其对策

摘要 通过调查、分析影响和制约团体献血的各种因素,提出针对性的措施和方法,推动无偿献血事业的良性发展。随着无偿献血工作的开展,临床用血需求量的增大,各采供血机构越来越意识到团体一同进行无偿献血的重要程度,由于团体无偿献血具有保障性很强且宣传效率相对较高等优势,因此逐渐成为季节性缺血以及突发事件用血的重要保障措施,有些地区甚至已经将其作为临床用血的主要来源方式。在全世界来说,美国属于最为重视团体预约献血且无偿献血工作开展得比较好的国家,其次就是我国的台湾以及香港,临床用血中将近一半的血都来自于团体的无偿献血。由此可见,对团体无偿献血进行大力推广可以说是当前解决血源紧张的重要方式和手段。但近年来萧山团体单位无偿献血招募日益困难,对临床供血提出了严峻挑战。针对这一情况,进行了相关调查,分析影响团体无偿献血工作开展的多种因素并提出相应对策。 Through investigating and analyzing various factors that affect and restrict group blood donation,we propose targeted measures and methods to promote the healthy development of unpaid blood donation.With the development of unpaid blood donation work,the demand for blood for clinical use has increased,and blood collection and supply institutions are increasingly aware of the importance of unpaid blood donation by groups,it has gradually become an important safeguard for seasonal ischemia and emergency blood use,and some regions have even used it as the main source of clinical blood.In the world,the United States belongs to the countries that value group donation and donate blood freely,and Taiwan and Hong Kong are the second countries.Nearly half of the blood in clinical blood comes from group donation.It can be seen that vigorous promotion of the group's unpaid blood donation can be said to be an important way and means to solve the current blood source tension.However,in recent years,the recruitment of blood donations by Xiaoshan group units has become increasingly difficult,which poses a severe challenge to clinical blood supply.In response to this situation,we conducted related investigations to analyze the various factors affecting the unpaid blood donation work of groups and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
