社区高血压和糖尿病患者基本公共卫生服务利用情况分析

Analysis on the Utilization of Basic Public Health Services for Patients with Hypertension and Diabetes in Community

目的探究基本公共卫生服务对社区高血压及糖尿病患者的影响。方法选取2018年8月—2019年8月某社区516例高血压以及糖尿病患者作为研究对象,高血压与糖尿病患者的比例为1:1,所有研究对象均接受基本公共卫生服务。对高血压及糖尿病患者的基本公共卫生服务利用情况、自我管理行为分别展开调查与分析。结果该研究通过调查发现,社区高血压及糖尿病患者的基本公共卫生服务利用情况良好,但其中免费体检的参与程度较低,并且高血压与糖尿病患者的自我管理行为,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外除了患者的饮酒频率外,高血压患者中疾病管理内容其比较差异均较为显著;对于糖尿病患者而言,除了患者的饮酒频率以及吸烟状态外,疾病管理内容的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虽然社区高血压及糖尿病的基本公共卫生服务利用率较高,但是部分项目依旧需要加强教育。

Objective To explore the impact of basic public health services on patients with hypertension and diabetes in the community.Methods A total of 516 patients with hypertension and diabetes in a community from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The ratio of hypertension to diabetes patients was 1:1.All subjects received basic public health services.Investigation and analysis of the use of basic public health services and self-management behaviors of patients with hypertension and diabetes were conducted.Results Through investigation,this study found that the use of basic public health services in patients with hypertension and diabetes in the community is good,but the participation of free medical examination is low,and the self-management behavior of patients with hypertension and diabetes is significantly different(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.In addition to the frequency of alcohol consumption among patients,there are statistically significant differences in the disease management among patients with hypertension.For patients with diabetes,except for the frequency of alcohol consumption and smoking status of patients,the differences in the disease management are statistically significant(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Although the utilization of basic public health services for hypertension and diabetes in the community is high,some programs still need to strengthen education.
