摘要
目的探讨六西格玛管理模式在提高器械手工清洗合格率中的应用效果。方法应用六西格玛管理模式,通过界定、测量、分析、改进、控制5个阶段,对器械手工清洗过程进行规范化管理,比较实施六西格玛管理模式前后器械手工清洗合格率以及临床对CSSD的满意度。结果实施六西格玛管理后器械手工清洗合格率达96.40%,临床对CSSD的满意度为96.67%,与实施前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施六西格玛管理可明显提高器械手工清洗质量,提高临床对CSSD的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of six sigma management mode in improving the qualification rate of manual cleaning of instruments.Methods The six-sigma management model was used to define,measure,analyze,improve,and control the five stages of manual cleaning of instruments.The standardization of manual cleaning of instruments before and after the implementation of the six-sigma management model was compared with clinical satisfaction with CSSD.Results After the implementation of Six Sigma management,the qualified rate of manual cleaning of equipment reached 96.40%,and the clinical satisfaction with CSSD was 96.67%,which was statistically significant compared with that before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Six Sigma management can significantly improve the quality of manual cleaning of instruments and improve clinical satisfaction with CSSD.
