无缝隙护理管理在提高泌尿外科护理质量中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Seamless Nursing Management in Improving the Quality of Urological Nursing

目的分析泌尿外科护理工作中应用无缝隙护理管理的价值。方法该次实验将该院收治的80例泌尿外科患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,各40例,给予观察组无缝隙护理管理,给予对照组常规护理管理。对比两组研究对象护理满意度与护理质量评分。结果观察组护理满意度97.50%明显高于对照组77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理书写规范、护士沟通能力、操作技术熟练、护理责任心评分均高于对照组,组间数据表示,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在泌尿外科护理工作中应用无缝隙护理管理,能够取得更好的护理效果,保证患者护理质量。

Objective To analyze the value of applying seamless nursing management in urological nursing work.Methods In this experiment,80 urological patients admitted in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,each with 40 cases.The patients in the observation group were given seamless nursing management and the control group was given routine nursing management.The nursing satisfaction and nursing quality scores of the two groups of subjects were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group 97.50%was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.50%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing writing norms,nurse communication skills,skilled operation skills,and nursing responsibility scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of seamless nursing management in urological nursing can achieve better nursing results and ensure the quality of patient care.
