探讨糖尿病合并心肌梗死患者的急诊护理方法与带教护理效果

Exploring the Emergency Nursing Method and Teaching Nursing Effect of Patients with Diabetes Complicated with Myocardial Infarction

目的对糖尿病合并心肌梗死患者的急诊护理方法与带教护理效果进行探讨。方法采集时间段为2015年6月-2019年3月期间于该院心内科进行实习的护士80名,通过随机法分对照组与观察组,每组40名,其中对照组接受常规护理管理方法,观察组接受针对性护理带教管理方法,对比两种方法实际应用效果。结果经过对比后,发现相较于对照组,观察组实习护士在操作技能、理论知识、教学满意度考核等方面成绩更好,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过有效的带教方法,能够增强实习护士对疾病的护理效果;经过有效的急诊护理后,可保障糖尿病合并心肌梗死患者的生命安全。

Objective To discuss the emergency nursing methods and teaching nursing effects of patients with diabetes complicated with myocardial infarction.Methods The collection period was 80 nurses who practiced in cardiology in the hospital from June 2015 to March 2019.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group of 40.The control group used routine method;the observation group received targeted nursing teaching management methods and compared the actual application effects of the two methods.Results After comparison,it was found that compared with the control group,the practice nurses in the observation group performed better in the aspects of operation skills,theoretical knowledge,and teaching satisfaction assessment.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through effective teaching methods,the nursing effect of the intern nurses on the disease can be enhanced;after effective emergency care,the life safety of patients with diabetes and myocardial infarction can be guaranteed.
