摘要
目的探讨焦点解决模式在ICU护理实习生床边查房教学中的应用效果。方法于2018年7-12月,以便利抽样法选择42名护理实习生为研究对象,以焦点解决模式进行床边查房教学,应用评判性思维特质测量表评价教学效果。结果基于焦点解决模式进行床边查房教学后,实习生评判性思维及各维度得分高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICU护理实习生床边查房教学中通过焦点解决可以有效提高其评判性思维能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of focus solution mode in the teaching of bedside rounds in ICU nursing trainees.Methods From July to December 2018,42 nursing interns were selected as the research object by the convenience sampling method.The bedside rounds were taught in the focus solution mode,and the critical thinking traits measurement table was used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results After the bedside rounds teaching based on the focus solution mode,the interns'critical thinking and scores in all dimensions were higher than before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ICU nursing trainees can effectively improve their critical thinking ability through focus solution in the teaching of bedside rounds.
