体外冲击波配合高能量激光相比传统针灸理疗在治疗肩周炎后关节粘连发生率的比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较体外冲击波配合高能量激光相比传统针灸理疗在治疗肩周炎后关节粘连发生率。方法选择该院在2018年4月—2019年9月收治、确诊为肩周炎的60例患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例,对照组应用传统针灸进行足疗程治疗,观察组应用体外冲击波配合高能量激光进行足疗程治疗,观察对比两组患者的在治疗前后的疼痛情况、关节活动情况和关节粘连发生率。结果观察组患者的肩关节疼痛情况评分要低于对照组,治疗后2周观察组和对照组的疼痛评分为(2.44±0.34)分和(3.21±0.41)分,通过t检验的结果为(t=7.918,P=0.001),观察组患者的肩关节活动评分要高于对照组,治疗后2周观察组和对照组的肩关节活动评分为(85.73±8.14)分和(76.33±7.49)分,通过t检验的结果为(t=4.654,P=0.001),两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的肩关节粘连发生率与对照组相比差别不大,两组结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论体外冲击波配合高能量激光相比传统针灸理疗在治疗肩周炎的治疗效果更好,可以有效地缓解患者的关节疼痛,增加患者肩关节活动范围,不会增加肩关节粘连的发生几率。 Objective To compare the incidence of external adhesions with high-energy laser compared with traditional acupuncture physiotherapy in the treatment of post-surgical adhesions.Methods Sixty patients admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to September 2019 and diagnosed with frozen shoulder were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.Traditional acupuncture was used for the treatment of the foot.The observation group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave combined with high-energy laser for the treatment of the foot.The pain,joint activity and the incidence of joint adhesion were compared before and after treatment.Results The scores of shoulder pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The pain scores of the observation group and the control group were(2.44±0.34)points and(3.21±0.41)points 2 weeks after treatment.The results of the t-test were(t=7.918,P=0.001),the shoulder joint activity score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The shoulder joint activity score of the observation group and the control group was(85.73±8.14)points and(76.33±7.49)points 2 weeks after treatment.The scores of the t-test were(t=4.654,P=0.001),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The incidence of shoulder adhesions in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05),which was not statistically significant.Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave combined with high-energy laser is better in treating shoulder scapulohumeritis than traditional acupuncture physiotherapy.It can effectively relieve joint pain and increase the range of shoulder joint activity without increasing the incidence of shoulder joint adhesion.
