尿路感染诊断中尿常规检验的临床应用分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探究在尿路感染诊断中使用尿常规检验的临床价值。方法选取该院在2019年2月—2019年7月期间收治的95例疑似尿路感染患者为该次研究对象,均实施尿干化学法、尿沉渣检验,以定量培养结果为金标准,对尿干化学法、尿沉渣检验及两者联合检验准确度、特异性进行比较。结果将95例疑似尿路感染患者经定量尿培养后发现,阳性为71例、阴性为24例。尿沉渣检验准确度为、灵敏度及特异度分别为69例(72.63%)、51例(71.83%)、18例(75.00%),与尿干化学法检验准确度65例(68.42%)、灵敏度49例(69.01%)及特异度16例(66.67%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);尿沉渣与尿干化学法联合检验准确度、灵敏度及特异度分别为93例(97.89%)、70例(98.59%)、23例(95.83%),与其单独检验相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在尿路感染临床诊断中,实施尿沉渣联合尿化学法检验,可提升临床诊断准确性及特异性,临床价值高,建议推广及应用。 Objective To explore the clinical value of routine urine test in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection.Methods A total of 95 patients with suspected urinary tract infection who were admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to July 2019 were enrolled in this study.All of them were subjected to urine dry chemical method and urine sediment test.The quantitative culture results were the gold standard.Urine dry chemical method,urine sediment test and the combined accuracy and specificity of the two were compared.Results 95 patients with suspected urinary tract infection were found to have a positive rate of 71 cases and a negative of 24 cases.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of urine sediment test were 69 cases(72.63%),51 cases(71.83%),18 cases(75.00%),and the accuracy of urine dry chemical test was 65 cases(68.42%)(P>0.05),sensitivity,there were no statistical differences in 49 cases(69.01%)and 16 cases(66.67%).The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of urinary sediment and urine dry chemical test were 93 cases(97.89%),70 cases(98.59%),and 23 cases(95.83%),the difference was statistically different significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of urinary tract infection,the implementation of urinary sediment combined with urine chemical test can improve the accuracy and specificity of clinical diagnosis,and has high clinical value.It is recommended to be widely promoted and applied.
