小儿热速清颗粒治疗手足口病的有效性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察分析小儿热速清颗粒治疗手足口病的有效性。方法选取2018年1月—2019年2月该院收治的128例手足口病患儿,随机分为实验组(64例,应用小儿热速清颗粒联合利巴韦林治疗方法)和对照组(64例,应用利巴韦林治疗方法)。分析比较两组的临床治疗总有效率、平均退热时间、平均皮疹消失时间、平均痊愈时间。结果实验组临床治疗总有效率为96.9%,显著高于对照组的78.1%(χ^2=25.114,P=0.015);实验组平均退热时间、平均皮疹消失时间及平均痊愈时间分别为(2.5±0.2)d、(3.8±1.4)d、(5.1±1.4)d,对照组手足口病患儿的平均退热时间、平均皮疹消失时间及平均痊愈时间分别为(4.7±1.2)d、(6.2±1.6)d、(7.2±1.2)d,均显著短于对照组(t=6.389、12.157、19.335,P=0.002、0.036、0.028)。结论小儿热速清颗粒治疗手足口病患儿具有较高安全性和有效性,可显著缩短手足口病患儿的平均退热时间、平均皮疹消失时间、平均痊愈时间。 Objective To observe and analyze the effectiveness of children resuqing granule in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods A total of 128 children with hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)admitted to thehospital From January 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group(64 cases,with children resuqing granule combined with ribavirin)and control group(64 cases,with ribavirin).The total effective rate of clinical treatment,mean time to fever,average rash disappearance time,and average recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 96.9%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.1%)(χ^2=25.114,P=0.015).The average fever time,average rash disappearance time and average recovery time of the experimental group were(2.5±0.2)d,(3.8±1.4)d,(5.1±1.4)d,respectively,while the control group was(4.7±1.2)d,(6.2±1.6)d,(7.2±1.2)d,were significantly shorter than the control group(t=6.389,12.157,19.335,P=0.002,0.036,0.028,).Conclusion Resuqing granule is safe and effective in the treatment of children with HFMD,and can significantly shorten the average time of antipyretic,rash disappearance and recovery of children with HFMD.
