羟基磷灰石充填颌骨囊肿骨腔患者临床疗效及并发症分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy and Complications of Patients with Jaw Cysts Filled with Hydroxyapatite

目的颌骨囊肿患者应用羟基磷灰石充填骨腔的临床疗效与并发症情况分析。方法选取2017年6月—2019年6月该院诊治70例颌骨囊肿患者临床资料,随机分成两组,患者均进行颌骨囊肿相关摘除手术,对照组予碘仿纱条骨腔填充,研究组予羟基磷灰石充填骨腔方案,分析两组新骨修复、并发症及生活质量情况。结果治疗后,研究组患者新骨修复效果97.14比对照组74.29%优(χ^2=7.467,P<0.05);研究组患者发生并发症5.71%比对照组14.29%少,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.635,P>0.05);研究组患者生理机能(86.06±8.23)分、一般健康(87.62±7.24)分、社会功能(88.23±8.35)分、精力(87.13±8.35)分,均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=5.948、9.608、8.094、7.329,P<0.05)。结论颌骨囊肿患者应用羟基磷灰石充填骨腔治疗,能提高患者新骨修复效果,降低并发症发生,并提升其生活质量情况,具一定临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and complications of hydroxyapatite filling the bone cavity in patients with jaw cyst.Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with jaw cysts from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients underwent the removal of the jaw cyst.The control group was filled with iodoform gauze.The study group was given a hydroxyapatite filling bone cavity program to analyze the new bone repair,complications and quality of life.Results After treatment,the new bone repair effect of the study group was 97.14%betton the control group 74.29%(χ^2=7.467,P<0.05).The study group had 5.71%of complications and 14.29%of the control group,no difference was no statistically significant(χ^2=0.635,P>0.05);the physiology of the patients(86.06±8.23)points,general health(87.62±7.24)points,social function(88.23±8.35)points,and energy(87.13±8.35)points were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.948,9.608,8.0941,7.329,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hydroxyapatite in the treatment of bone cavity in patients with jaw cyst can improve the new bone repair effect,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the quality of life.It has certain clinical application value.
