中医温阳益气养阴活血方治疗2型糖尿病肾病对血糖及肾脏功能的影响

Effect of Wenyang Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Prescription on Blood Glucose and Renal Function in Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探究2型糖尿病肾病患者采用中医温阳益气养阴活血方治疗的临床效果。方法通过随机数字表法将该院2018年4月—2019年1月接收的72例2型糖尿病患者分成两组,对照组(n=36)采取常规治疗,试验组(n=36)采用中医温阳益气养阴活血方治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血糖水平与肾脏功能。结果对照组总疗效为83.33%,低于试验组的97.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.956,P<0.05);试验组治疗后的FBG为(5.58±2.46)mmol、Scr为(86.33±1.05)μmol/L、BUN为(4.33±0.43)mmol/L、24 h尿蛋白定量为(0.36±0.11)g/24 h,与对照组的(6.86±2.16)mmHg、(101.56±9.21)μmol/L、(5.84±0.75)mmol/L、(0.67±0.25)g/24 h对比差异有统计学意义(t=2.346,P<0.05;t=9.858,P<0.05;t=10.480,P<0.05;t=6.810,P<0.05)。结论中医温阳益气养阴活血方运用在2型糖尿病肾病患者中作用显著,能提高疗效、控制血压及改善肾脏功能,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenyang Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction in treating type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods 72 patients with type 2 diabetes received in the hospital from April 2018 to January 2019 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=36)was treated by routine treatment,and the experimental group(n=36)was treated by Wenyang Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction.The therapeutic effect,blood sugar level and renal function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total curative effect of the control group was 83.33%,which was lower than 97.22%of the experimental group(χ^2=3.956,P<0.05);the FBG of the experimental group was(5.58±2.46)mmol,Scr was(86.33±1.05)μmol/L,BUN was(4.33±0.43)mmol/L,24 h urinary protein quantification was(0.36±0.11)g/24 h,while that of the control group was(6.86±2.16)mmHg,(101.56±9.21)μmol/L,(5.84±0.75)mmol/L.(0.67±0.25)g/24 h had statistical value(t=2.346,P<0.05;t=9.858,P<0.05;t=10.480,P<0.05;t=6.810,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Wenyang Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue prescription in type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients plays a significant role,which can improve the curative effect,control blood pressure and improve renal function.It is worth promoting.
