阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病患者临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Atorvastatin Combined with Trimetazidine in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的冠心病应用阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合治疗效果情况分析。方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月该院诊治98例冠心病患者资料,按照随机数表分两组,对照组予阿托伐他汀,研究组予以曲美他嗪联合方案,分析两组患者心功能指标、内皮功能指标与不良事件情况。结果治疗后,研究组LVEF(48.06±1.39)%比对照组高;LVDD(45.26±2.16)mm及LVESD(35.23±1.36)mm等指标比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=8.421、13.200、23.431,P<0.05);研究组NO(378.25±20.23)μmol/L比对照组高;ET-1(59.35±5.66)μg/L比对照组少,比较差异有统计学意义(t=10.458;13.220,P<0.05);研究组发生呕吐恶心2例、便秘1例,研究组不良事件8.16%与对照组6.12%比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.000,P>0.05)。结论冠心病应用阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合方案,可提高心功能相关指标,改善内皮相关功能,不良事件少,具有临床用药的安全性。

Objective To analyze the effect of combined treatment with atorvastatin and trimetazidine in coronary heart disease.Methods The data of 98 patients with coronary heart disease were treated in the hospital from July 2018 to July 2019.The data were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group was given atorvastatin.The research group was given the combination of trimetazidine and two analysis.Cardiac function indicators,endothelial function indicators and adverse events in the group.Results After treatment,the LVEF(48.06±1.39)%of the study group was higher than that of the control group;the indicators of LVDD(45.26±2.16)mm and LVESD(35.23±1.36)mm were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.421,13.200,23.431,P<0.05).The study group NO(378.25±20.23)μmol/L was higher than the control group;ET-1(59.35±5.66)μg/L was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.458,13.220,P<0.05);there were 2 cases of vomiting and nausea and 1 case of constipation in the study group.The adverse events of 8.16%in the study group were not significantly different from the control group of 6.12%(χ^2=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of atorvastatin and trimetazidine in coronary heart disease can improve cardiac function related indicators,improve endothelial-related functions,less adverse events,and safety of clinical medication.
