舒适护理在ICU危重症患者中的应用

Application of Comfort Nursing in Critical ICU Patients

目的观察舒适护理在ICU危重症患者中的应用效果。方法展开为期两年的研究(2017年1月—2018年12月),在此区间选取105例入住ICU的危重症患者纳入研究,根据入组后落实护理方法的不同分为53例观察组和52例对照组。实施常规护理的定义为对照组,实施舒适护理的定义为观察组。而后对比两组患者睡眠质量评分、心理状态评分以及ICU综合征情况。结果观察组睡眠质量(0.74±0.32)分、睡眠时间(1.08±0.51)分、睡眠效率(0.59±0.17)分、睡眠紊乱(0.43±0.21)分、睡眠药物(0.47±0.25)分、入睡时间(0.78±0.45)分、日间功能障碍(0.58±0.34)分与对照组(2.11±0.26)分、(1.65±0.76)分、(1.32±0.54)分、(1.78±1.13)分、(0.79±0.28)分、(1.84±0.51)分、(1.78±0.64)分比较(t=24.051、4.521、9.380、8.549、6.180、11.299、12.030,P<0.05);观察组SAS(30.58±3.66)分、SDS评分(35.24±4.08)分与对照组(38.71±4.25)分、(42.17±4.36)分比较显示(t=10.510、8.411,P<0.05);观察组ICU综合征发生率为3.77%与对照组为15.38%,(χ^2=4.107,P=0.043<0.05)。结论舒适护理在ICU危重症患者中的应用效果显著,改善了患者睡眠质量、心理状态,提升了护理工作质量,而且降低了ICU综合征情况发生率,值得在临床一线ICU危重症患者护理中普遍推行。

Objective To observe the effect of comfortable nursing in critically ill patients with ICU.Methods A two-year study(January 2017 to December 2018)was conducted.105 critically ill patients admitted to the ICU were enrolled in the study.The observation group was divided into 53 observation groups according to the different nursing methods after enrollment.And 52 control groups.The practice of implementing routine care is defined as the control group,and the implementation of comfort care is defined as the observation group.Then the sleep quality score,mental state score and ICU syndrome were compared between the two groups.Results The sleep quality of the observation group(0.74±0.32)points,sleep time(1.08±0.51)points,sleep efficiency(0.59±0.17)points,sleep disturbance(0.43±0.21)points,sleep medication(0.47±0.25)points,sleep time(0.78±0.45)points,daytime dysfunction(0.58±0.34)points and control group(2.11±0.26)points,(1.65±0.76)points,(1.32±0.54)points,(1.78±1.13)points,(0.79±0.28)points,(1.84±0.51)points,(1.78±0.64)points comparison(t=24.051,4.521,9.380,8.549,6.180,11.299,12.030,P<0.05);observation group SAS(30.58±3.66)points,SDS score(35.24±4.08)points compared with the control group(38.71±4.25)and(42.17±4.36)(t=10.510,8.411,P<0.05);the incidence of ICU syndrome in the observation group was 3.77%compared with 15.38%in the control group(χ^2=4.107,P=0.043<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing care in ICU critical patients is significant,which improves the sleep quality and psychological state of patients,improves the quality of nursing work,and reduces the incidence of ICU syndrome.
