血液透析护理不安全因素分析及防范措施研究

Analysis of Unsafe Factors in Hemodialysis Nursing and Study on Preventive Measures

目的在分析血液透析护理不安全因素的基础上,进一步制定并实施有效防范措施,以期提高血液透析护理的质量及安全性。方法该次将该院于2018年1月—2019年1月收治的血液透析患者120例作为研究的对象,按随机数字分组法分成两组,其中对照组60例给予常规血液透析护理方法,观察组60例则加强风险防范护理干预方法,进一步对两组护理效果进行分析评价。结果①观察组60例,发生出血2例、感染1例,护理不安全事件发生率为5.00%,对照组60例其中出血6例、感染5例、凝血4例、溶血4例,不安全事件发生率为31.67%,观察组明显更低,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.376,P<0.05)。②在护理总满意度方面,观察组为93.33%,与对照组的68.33%对比显著更高,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.672,P<0.05)。结论血液透析护理不安全因素较多,集中体现在设备、护理人员、患者自身三大方面;因此,有必要加强风险防范护理干预方法的应用,加强人为防范、疾病防范,并构建完善的管理制度,加强预防工作,进一步降低血液透析护理不安全事件发生率。

Objective Based on the analysis of the unsafe factors of hemodialysis nursing,to further develop and implement effective preventive measures,in order to improve the quality and safety of hemodialysis nursing.Methods 120 hemodialysis patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number grouping method.60 patients in the control group were given the routine hemodialysis nursing method,60 patients in the observation group were given the risk prevention nursing intervention method,and the nursing effect of the two groups was further analyzed and evaluated.Results①There were 60 cases in the observation group,2 cases of bleeding and 1 case of infection.The incidence of unsafe nursing events was 5.00%.In the control group,there were 6 cases of bleeding,5 cases of infection,4 cases of coagulation and 4 cases of hemolysis.The incidence of unsafe events was 31.67%.The incidence of unsafe nursing events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the observation group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=12.376,P<0.05).②In terms of total nursing satisfaction,93.33%in the observation group was significantly higher than 68.33%in the control group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=11.672,P<0.05).Conclusion There are many unsafe factors in hemodialysis nursing,which are mainly reflected in the three aspects of equipment,nursing staff and patients themselves.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the application of risk prevention nursing intervention methods,strengthen human prevention and disease prevention,build a perfect management system,strengthen prevention work,and further reduce the incidence of unsafe events in hemodialysis nursing.
