综合护理干预在布鲁氏杆菌病患者护理中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Nursing of Patients with Brucellosis

目的针对布鲁氏杆菌病患者采用综合护理干预方式的临床效果进行研究和分析。方法该次研究的起止时间分别为2017年10月—2019年9月,研究选取的对象为前来该科就医的布鲁氏杆菌病患者,总例数为92例,按照随机数字表格的方法将其进行分组,即实验组(n=46)、参照组(n=46)。其中实行常规护理措施的为参照组,在常规护理基础上加入综合护理干预的则为实验组,对两组布鲁氏杆菌病患者在护理后的临床效果进行分析与比较。结果接受综合护理干预的实验组布鲁氏杆菌病患者的康复有效率为97.83%,接受常规护理的参照组布鲁氏杆菌病患者的总有效率为84.78%,两组患者相比较来说,实验组较高,优势明显(χ^2=4.930,P=0.030);关于布鲁氏杆菌病患者对护理工作的满意度,主要包括护患沟通、服务态度、健康知识宣导3个方面,其中实验组患者的3个指标评分分别为(93.25±1.64)分、(95.03±1.28)分、(94.48±1.97)分,参照组患者的为(82.58±2.45)分、(86.42±2.31)分、(85.12±2.26)分,相比较来说,实验组更高(t=24.550,P=0.000;t=22.110,P=0.000;t=21.170,P=0.000)。结论在对布鲁氏杆菌病患者进行护理的过程中,可以采取综合护理干预的措施,一定程度上能够较好的提高临床护理效果,值得使用和进一步的推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on brucella patients.Methods This study started and ended in April 2017 and September 2019.The selected subjects were brucellosis patients who came to the hospital for medical treatment.The total number of cases was 92.The control group was the one that carried out routine nursing measures,and the experimental group was the one that added comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The clinical effects of brucella patients in the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The recovery rate of patients with brucellosis in the experimental group receiving comprehensive nursing intervention was 97.83%,and the total effective rate of patients with brucellosis in the reference group receiving conventional care was 84.78%.The group is higher,with obvious advantages(χ^2=4.930,P=0.030).The satisfaction of patients with brucellosis to nursing work mainly includes three aspects:nurse-patient communication,service attitude,and health knowledge dissemination.The three index scores of patients in the experimental group were(93.25±1.64)points,(95.03±1.28)points,(94.48±1.97)points,and those in the reference group were(82.58±2.45)points,(86.42±2.31)points,and(85.12±2.26)points.In comparison,the experimental group is higher(t=24.550,P=0.000;t=22.110,P=0.000;t=21.170,P=0.000).Conclusion In the process of nursing brucella patients,comprehensive nursing intervention measures can be taken to improve the clinical nursing effect to a certain extent,which is worth using and further promotion.
