探讨非球面多焦点人工晶状体植入术后对视觉质量的影响

Investigation of the Effect of Aspherical Multifocal Intraocular Lens Implantation on Visual Quality

目的分析非球面多焦点人工晶状体植入术后对患者视觉质量方面的积极影响。方法研究对象选择该院于2017年12月-2018年12月期间所收治的90例白内障患者。所有患者均行非球面多焦点人工晶状体植入术,且手术过程均由同一批医生团队负责完成。手术结束后比较患者在治疗前后的立体视觉和裸眼视力,分析患者视觉质量的改善情况。结果患者在手术后的近立体视觉(87.35±3.53)和远立体视觉(124.53±7.0)均要显著高于手术前(56.41±3.22)、(88.82±6.8),差异有统计学意义(t=3.359、3.561,P<0.05);手术前患者50 cm的裸眼视力<0.5(40例)、0.5~0.8(5例)、>0.8(0例),在手术后<0.5(4例)、0.5~0.8(34例)、>0.8(7例),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.275、8.920、5.681,P<0.05)。结论非球面多焦点人工晶状体植入术能够有效地改善患者的术后视功能,在改善视觉质量的同时给患者提供稳定的远、中和近程视力,提升患者的生存质量,可以在临床上进行推广应用。

Objective To analyze the positive impact of aspherical multifocal intraocular lens implantation on the visual quality of patients.Methods The study subjects selected 90 cataract patients treated in the hospital from December2017 to December 2018.All patients underwent aspherical multifocal intraocular lens implantation,and the operation was performed by the same team of doctors.After the operation,the patients’stereo vision and naked eyesight were compared before and after treatment,and the improvement of the visual quality of the patients was analyzed.Results The near stereo vision(87.35±3.53)and far stereo vision(124.53±7.0)of the patients were significantly higher than(56.41±3.22)and(88.82±6.8)before surgery,the significantly different and have statistical significance(t=3.3593.561,P<0.05);the naked eye vision of the patients at 50cm before surgery was<0.5(40 cases),0.5-0.8(5 cases),>0.8(0 cases);after surgery<0.5(4 cases),0.5-0.8(34 cases),and>0.8(7 cases),the different was statistically significant(χ^2=10.275,8.920,5.681,P<0.05).Conclusion Aspheric multifocal intraocular lens implantation can effectively improve the visual function of patients after surgery,improve the visual quality while providing patients with stable distance,middle and short range vision,and improve the quality of life of patients.It can be clinically promoted and applied.
