优质护理模式对一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者的护理效果分析

Analysis of Nursing Effect of High-quality Nursing Mode on Patients with Delayed Encephalopathy Caused by Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

目的研究一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者开展优质护理模式的价值。方法纳入该院自2017年4月-2019年6月接收的一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者(n=80)作为研究对象,以入院前后时间为基准,分为试验组(n=40)、对照组(n=40),对照组开展常规护理,试验组开展优质护理模式,评估生活质量、并发症发生率、日常生活能力。结果试验组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率7.50%低于对照组25.00%(χ^2=4.501,P=0.034)。试验组日常生活能力(78.92±8.56)分高于对照组(61.32±6.27)分(t=10.491,P=0.000)。结论一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者开展优质护理模式的价值显著,既可降低并发症发生率,又可改善其日常生活能力,值得借鉴。

Objective To study the value of quality nursing model for patients with delayed encephalopathy caused by carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods Patients with delayed-onset encephalopathy of carbon monoxide poisoning(n=80)received in the hospital from April 2017 to June 2019 were used as the research object.Based on the time before and after admission,they were divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40),the control group carried out routine care,and the experimental group carried out high-quality care models to evaluate the quality of life,the incidence of complications,and the ability to daily life.Results The quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the test group was 7.50%lower than that in the control group 25.00%(χ^2=4.501,P=0.034).The daily living ability of the test group was(78.92±8.56)points higher than that of the control group(61.32±6.27)points(t=10.491,P=0.000).Conclusion The value of quality nursing model for patients with delayed encephalopathy caused by carbon monoxide poisoning is significant.It can reduce the incidence of complications and improve their daily life ability.It is worth learning.
