网络平台在脑卒中偏瘫患者家庭康复中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Application of Network Platform in Family Rehabilitation of Stroke Hemiplegia Patients

目的探讨网络平台在脑卒中偏瘫患者家庭康复中应用价值。方法选取2017年1月-2019年2月脑卒中偏瘫患者138例随机分为对照组和观察组,各69例,对照组接受常规延续性护理,观察组采用微信式延续性康复护理:成立微信管理小组,创建脑卒中出院患者交流群及微信公众号,完善微信公众号内容包括偏瘫肢体康复功能锻炼、健康教育、心理护理等。结果对于两组脑卒中偏瘫患者出院后6个月进行比较,观察组脑卒中患者及家属偏瘫肢体康复知识评分(97.24±2.22)分、Fugl-Mayer评分(78.28±13.65)分、Barthel指数(80.22±6.39)分、SS-QOL量表(82.27±10.27)分、护理满意度评分(98.25±1.11)分、遵医嘱97.10%高于对照组的(86.33±10.35)分、(70.26±14.39)分、(73.28±8.04)分、(74.56±9.76)分、(90.26±3.27)分、72.46%(t=3.430、4.080、3.170、3.290、4.110,χ^2=8.350,P<0.05),观察组并发症2.89%低于对照组的14.49%(χ^2=4.150,P<0.05)。结论网络平台在脑卒中偏瘫患者家庭康复中的应用具有良好效果,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the application value of network platform in family rehabilitation of stroke hemiplegic patients.Methods A total of 138 stroke patients with hemiplegia from January 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 69 cases each.The control group received conventional continuous care.The observation group adopted WeChat continuous rehabilitation care.The WeChat management group was established to create a communication group for patients discharged from stroke and WeChat,public account,perfect WeChat public account content included hemiplegia limb rehabilitation function exercise,health education,psychological care,etc.Results The two groups of stroke and hemiplegia patients were compared 6 months after discharge from the hospital.The observation group of stroke patients and their family members’hemiplegia limb rehabilitation knowledge score(97.24±2.22)points,Fugl-Mayer score(78.28±13.65)points,Barthel index(80.22±6.39)points,SS-QOL scale(82.27±10.27)points,nursing satisfaction score(98.25±1.11)points,following doctors’advice of97.10%higher than the control group(86.33±10.35)points,(70.26±14.39)points,(73.28±8.04)points,(74.56±9.76)points,(90.26±3.27)points,72.46%(t=3.430,4.080,3.170,3.290,4.110,χ^2=8.350,P<0.05),complications in the observation group were 2.89%lower than those in the control group,14.49%(χ^2=4.150,P<0.05).Conclusion Theapplication of the network platform in the home rehabilitation of patients with stroke and hemiplegia has good results and is worthy of clinical application.
