脉冲染料激光对皮肤手术瘢痕的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Pulsed Dye Laser on Skin Surgical Scars

目的对皮肤手术缝合患者采用脉冲染料激光治疗,分析脉冲染料激光对皮肤手术瘢痕的临床效果。方法针对2018年2月—2019年7月前来该院皮肤科就诊的面部手术患者,从中选择80例作为该次研究的对象,随机抽取数字,奇数为研究组,偶数为对照组。对照组患者采用点阵激光治疗,研究组患者采用脉冲染料激光治疗。治疗后,比较两组患者瘢痕改善情况、治疗总有效率。结果治疗前,研究组VSS评分为(10.26±1.05)分,对照组为(10.97±1.11)分,两组VSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.008,P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者VSS评分(2.28±1.23)分明显低于对照组(6.34±1.38)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.219,P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率95.00%明显高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.836,P<0.05)。结论脉冲染料激光可以明显改善皮肤手术瘢痕的外观、色泽、柔软程度,与点阵激光相比,脉冲染料激光治疗效果更佳。

Objective To treat patients with skin surgical suture by pulsed dye laser,and analyze the clinical effect of pulsed dye laser on skin surgical scars.Methods For patients undergoing facial surgery who came to the dermatology department from February 2018 to July 2019,80 patients were selected as the object of this study.Random numbers were drawn.The odd number was the study group and the even number was the control group.Patients in the control group were treated with lattice lasers,and patients in the study group were treated with pulsed dye lasers.After the treatment,the scar improvement and the total effective rate of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,the VSS score of the study group was(10.26±1.05)points,and the control group was(10.97±1.11)points.There was no significant difference in VSS score between the two groups(t=0.008,P>0.05).After treatment,the VSS score of(2.28±1.23)points in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group of(6.34±1.38)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.219,P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%significantly higher than that in the control group of 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.836,P<0.05).Conclusion Pulsed dye laser can significantly improve the appearance,color,and softness of skin surgical scars.Compared with dot matrix laser,pulsed dye laser has a better treatment effect.
