产科危重症患者的麻醉处理

目的产科危重症患者的麻醉处理措施的探讨。方法该院在2017年1月—2019年8月这一期间,一共收治了28例危重症产妇患者,根据随机数字法,将28例产妇进行分组,分别为观察组和对照组,每组各14例,对照组患者通过常规麻醉处理,观察组患者通过针对性麻醉处理方法,对两组患者的麻醉指标(心率水平、平均动脉压水平、不同时间段的VAS评分)进行比较,对两组患者的麻醉总满意度进行对比,评价针对性麻醉处理的优势。结果观察组患者的心率水平、平均动脉压水平、麻醉后10 minVAS评分、麻醉后20 minVAS评分分别为:(84.1±2.7)次/min、(12.7±1.3)mmHg、(1.5±0.9)分、(2.1±0.8)分,(t=13.625、13.682、13.872、13.360,P<0.05),观察组患者的麻醉总满意度为92.9%(13/14),组间比较之后,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.395,P<0.05)。结论通过针对性的麻醉处理措施,可以使患者的麻醉指标得到明显的改善,从而提高麻醉效果以及麻醉总满意度,值得在临床中推广以及应用。

Objective To explore the anesthesia management measures for critically ill patients in obstetrics.Methods From January 2017 to August 2019,a total of 28 critically ill pregnant women were treated during this period.According to the random number method,28 pregnant women were grouped into observation group and control group.There were 14 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional anesthesia.Patients in the observation group were compared with anesthesia indicators(heart rate level,mean arterial pressure level,VAS scores in different time periods)by targeted anesthesia treatment methods.The total satisfaction of anesthesia between the two groups of patients was compared to evaluate the advantages of targeted anesthesia.Results The heart rate level,mean arterial pressure level,VAS score of 10 min after anesthesia,and VAS score of 20 min after anesthesia in the observation group were:(84.1±2.7)times/min,(12.7±1.3)mmHg,(1.5±0.9)points,(2.1±0.8)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.625,13.682,13.872,13.360),the total satisfaction rate of anesthesia in the observation group was 92.9%(13/14).comparison between the groups,it was found that the difference between the groups was very significant,and calculated the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=15.395,P<0.05).Conclusion Through targeted anesthesia treatment measures,the anesthesia index of patients can be significantly improved,and the anesthesia effect and overall satisfaction of anesthesia can be improved.It is worth popularizing and applying in the clinic.
