运动康复护理对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及生活质量的影响分析

Effect of Exercise Rehabilitation Nursing on Cardiac Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的以慢性心力衰竭患者为例,对运动康复护理方法在其中的应用效果进行分析评估。方法该次将该院于2018年1月—2019年1月收治的84例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究的对象,随机分成两组;其中,对照组42例给予常规护理方法,观察组42例则给予运动康复护理方法,进一步对两组护理效果进行分析比较。结果①在心功能恢复总有效率方面,观察组为95.24%,与对照组的69.05%比较明显更高,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.236,P<0.05)。②在活动能力、健康水平、心理状况、自理能力4个维度的生活质量指标评分方面,护理后观察组分别为(22.6±0.4)分、(21.9±0.1)分、(22.0±1.0)分、(21.7±0.2)分,均明显要比对照组的(17.8±0.2)分、(17.6±0.3)分、(18.0±0.9)分、(17.5±0.4)分高,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(t=7.283、7.125、7.382、7.526,P<0.05)。③在护理服务总满意度方面,观察组为92.86%,和对照组的71.43%比较显著更高,两组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.264,P<0.05)。结论临床针对慢性心力衰竭患者,采取运动康复护理,可改善患者的心功能及生活质量,并提高患者对护理服务工作的满意程度;所以,具备推广及应用的价值。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of sports rehabilitation nursing methods on patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Eighty-four patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were taken as the research object and randomly divided into two groups.Among them,42 patients in the control group were given conventional nursing methods,and 42 patients in the observation group were given sports rehabilitation nursing methods,to further analyze and compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results 1.The total effective rate of cardiac function recovery was 95.24%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 69.05%in the control group.There was a significant difference in data between the two groups(χ^2=11.236,P<0.05).2.In terms of the quality of life scores in the four dimensions of activity,health,mental status and self-care ability,the observation group after nursing was(22.6±0.4)points,(21.9±0.1)points,and(22.0±1.0)points,(21.7±0.2)points were significantly higher than those of the control group(17.8±0.2)points,(17.6±0.3)points,(18.0±0.9)points,and(17.5±0.4)points.The data were significantly different(t=7.283,7.125,7.382,7.526,P<0.05).3.In terms of overall satisfaction with nursing services,the observation group was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than the control group,71.43%,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=10.264,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical rehabilitation of patients with chronic heart failure and the use of sports rehabilitation nursing can improve the patient's heart function and quality of life,and increase the patient's satisfaction with nursing services.Therefore,it has the value of promotion and application.
