摘要
目的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症在临床中较为常见,通过经皮腔血管成形术联合血管内支架治疗效果较为显著。方法该次实验纳入的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者为80例,选择患者的入院时间为2018年6月-2019年6月,将参与该次实验的患者采用随机数字表法进行分组,分为实验组与对照组各40例,将经皮腔血管成形术治疗应用于对照组患者,经皮腔血管成形术联合血管内支架治疗为实验组患者的治疗手段,对比治疗结果。结果治疗前两组患者的足背动脉踝肱指数和胫后动脉踝肱指数对比[(0.43±0.06)、(0.39±0.05)vs(0.44±0.05)、(0.40±0.07)],差异无统计学意义(t=0.810,0.735,P=0.421,0.464)。将治疗后足背动脉踝肱指数和胫后动脉踝肱指数输入到统计学当中[(1.05±0.21)、(1.06±0.36)vs(0.91±0.13)、(0.82±0.28)],实验组具有数据优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术后3、6个月的ABI显著优于对照组[(0.69±0.16)、(0.98±0.05)vs(0.52±0.11)、(0.84±0.09)],差异有统计学意义(t=5.537、8.600,P=0.000)。结论下肢动脉硬化闭塞症采用经皮腔血管成形术联合血管内支架治疗可获得较为显著的效果,利于下肢供血的改善,值得推广。
Objective Lower extremity arteriosclerotic occlusive disease is more common in clinical practice, and the effect of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty combined with endovascular stent is more significant. Methods 80 patients with arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower limbs were included in this experiment. The admission time of patients was selected from June 2018 to June 2019. The patients participating in this experiment were grouped by random number table method and divided into experimental group and control group. 40 patients were treated with percutaneous transluminal angioplasty in the control group. Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty combined with endovascular stent treatment was used as the treatment method for patients in the experimental group, and the results were compared. Results Comparison of dorsal foot ankle brachial index and posterior tibial artery ankle brachial index in the two groups of patients before treatment [(0.43 ± 0.06),(0.39 ± 0.05) vs(0.44 ± 0.05),(0.40 ± 0.07)], and the difference was statistically significant(t =0.810, 0.735, P =0.421, 0.464). The dorsal foot ankle brachial index and posterior tibial artery ankle brachial index after treatment were entered into the statistics [(1.05±0.21),(1.06 ± 0.36) vs(0.91 ± 0.13),(0.82 ± 0.28)]. The experimental group had data advantage, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the ABI in the experimental group at 3 and 6 months after surgery is significantly better than the control group[(0.69±0.16),(0.98± 0.05) vs(0.52±0.11),(0.84±0.09)], the difference was statistically significant(t=5.537, 8.600, P=0.000). Conclusion Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty combined with endovascular stent treatment for lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusive disease can obtain significant results, which is beneficial to the improvement of lower extremity blood supply and is worth promoting.
