腹腔镜睾丸下降固定术治疗小儿隐睾临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Testicular Descent Fixation on Cryptorchidism in Children

目的小儿隐睾应用腹腔镜睾丸下降固定手术效果情况分析。方法选取2016年1月-2018年12月该院诊治102例隐睾患儿资料,随机分两组,对照组患儿予以开放手术,研究组患儿予腹腔镜睾丸下降固定手术,分析两组患儿疗效相关指标、疼痛度与并发症情况。结果治疗后,研究组患儿出血量(6.85±1.58)mL、手术时间(60.23±1.26)min、下床时间(2.73±0.66)d及住院时间(5.06±1.32)d,均比对照组患儿(15.06±2.41)mL、(88.58±1.82)min、(4.16±0.94)d及(7.68±1.25)d少,差异有统计学意义(t=20.346、91.4620、8.891、10.292,P<0.05);研究组患儿疼痛度(2.43±0.76)分比对照组(3.78±1.32)分少,差异有统计学意义(t=6.330,P<0.05);且研究组患儿感染、发热、睾丸萎缩等并发症3.92%比对照组17.65%低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.993,P<0.05)。结论小儿隐睾应用腹腔镜睾丸下降固定手术,能有效降低出血量,缩短治疗时间,缓解其疼痛度,并减少并发症发生率,具一定临床应用及研究价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic testicular descent fixation on cryptorchidism in children.Methods Data from 102 children with cryptorchidism diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The children in the control group were subjected to open surgery. The children in the study group were treated with laparoscopic testicular descent and fixed surgery. Analyze the related curative effects, pain and complications. Results After treatment, the blood loss of the children in the study group(6.85±1.58) ml, the operation time(60.23±1.26) min, the time to get out of bed(2.73±0.66) d, and the length of hospital stay(5.06±1.32) d were all higher than those in the control group(15.06 ±2.41)mL,(88.58±1.82) min,(4.16 ±0.94) d, and(7.68 ±1.25) d were small, and the differences were statistically significant(t =20.346, 91.4620, 8.891,10.292,P<0.05);Pain in children in the study group(2.43±0.76) was lower than that in the control group(3.78±1.32)points(t =6.330,P <0.05);and complications such as infection, fever, and testicular atrophy in the study group were3.92%. It was lower than the control group by 17.65%, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2= 4.993,P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic testicular descending fixation surgery for cryptorchidism in children can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten the treatment time, alleviate the pain, and reduce the incidence of complications, which has certain clinical application and research value.
