摘要 目的探讨健康教育在心理科开放式病房中的应用效果,为临床应用提供依据。方法选取该院心理科2018年4月-2019年4月收治的80例患者为研究对象,按住院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组仅接受心理科常规治疗、护理及传统健康教育,观察组在其基础上接受系统健康教育。比较经干预后两组患者的治疗依从性、健康教育满意度和生活质量改善情况。结果观察两组患者的治疗依从性情况。结果观察组患者治疗依从率为95.0%,显著高于对照组患者的77.5%,观察组治疗依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.124,P<0.05)。观察组健康教育满意率高与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组生活质量指数评定量表各维度评分和总体生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经干预后4周观察组患者生活质量评分均高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心理科开放式病房实施系统健康教育可提高患者的治疗依从性和健康教育满意度,改善生活质量。 Objective To explore the application effect of health education in the open ward of psychiatry, and to provide basis for clinical application. Methods 80 patients admitted from April 2018 to April 2019 in the Department of Psychology of this hospital were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of hospitalization, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received only routine treatment, nursing, and traditional health education in psychiatry, and the observation group received systemic health education based on it. The treatment compliance, health education satisfaction, and quality of life improvement were compared between the two groups of patients after the intervention. Results Observe the treatment compliance of the two groups of patients. Results The compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group 77.5%. The compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group(χ^2=5.124, P<0.05). The health education satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of each dimension and overall quality of life between the two groups before the intervention(P >0.05). The quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 4 weeks after the intervention. There was statistical significance(P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of systematic health education in the open ward of the psychiatric department can improve patients’ treatment compliance and health education satisfaction, and improve quality of life.
