心理护理联合舒适护理对血液透析患者心理状况影响的价值研究

Value of Psychological Nursing Combined with Comfort Nursing on the Psychological Status of Hemodialysis Patients

目的对心理护理联合舒适护理在血液透析患者护理工作中的应用效果进行分析和研究。方法选择该院收治的血液透析患者80例作为该次研究的纳入对象,选取时间段为2017年5月-2019年4月,按照病历单双号将这些患者划分为联合护理组和常规护理组,每组40例。采用常规护理对常规护理组进行护理,采用心理护理联合舒适护理的方式对联合护理组进行护理,对两组患者的护理效果进行分析和比较。结果常规护理组护理后的SAS评分为(46.5±5.2)分,SDS评分为(44.7±5.6)分,联合护理组护理前的SAS评分为(32.3±4.2)分,SDS评分为(31.3±4.2)分。联合护理组明显优于常规护理组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=3.473,4.055,P<0.05)。常规护理组中共计有14例非常满意,16例比较满意,4例一般满意,6例不满意,达到了75.0%的总满意度,联合护理组中共计有22例非常满意,15例比较满意,3例一般满意,达到了92.5%的总满意度,联合护理组明显优于常规护理组,两组比较,aa (χ^2=7.458,P<0.05)。结论采用心理护理联合舒适护理的方式对血液透析患者予以护理具有十分显著的效果,能够改善患者的心理状态,而且护理满意度更高。

Objective To analyze and study the effect of psychological nursing combined with comfort nursing in the nursing work of hemodialysis patients. Methods 80 hemodialysis patients admitted in the hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. The period of time was from May 2017 to April 2019. These patients were divided into the combined care group and the routine care group according to the single and double numbers of the medical records.There were 40 cases in each group. Routine nursing was adopted to the conventional nursing group, and psychological nursing combined with comfort nursing was adopted to the combined nursing group. The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared. Results The SAS score after nursing in the conventional care group was(46.5±5.2)points, the SDS score was(44.7±5.6)points, the SAS score before nursing in the combined care group was(32.3±4.2)points, and the SDS score was(31.3±4.2)points. the combined nursing group was significantly better than the conventional nursing group, and the comparison between the two groups the difference was statistically significant(t=3.473, 4.055,P <0.05). A total of 14 patients in the conventional care group were very satisfied, 16 patients were satisfied, 4 patients were generally satisfied, 6 patients were dissatisfied, reaching a total satisfaction of 75.0%, 22 patients in the combined care group were very satisfied, and 15 patients were more satisfied. 3 cases were generally satisfied, reaching a total satisfaction rate of 92.5%, the combined care group was significantly better than the conventional care group. The comparison between the two groups the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.458,P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with comfortable nursing has a very significant effect on the nursing of hemodialysis patients, it can improve the patient’s psychological state, and the nursing satisfaction is higher.
